Takedown Specialist

Role:

Remove braids and protective styles with speed and care while protecting the client’s natural hair.

You Will:

Perform braid takedowns using our Braid Takedown Method™

Gently detangle and prep hair for wash

Protect edges, length, and scalp health

Maintain a clean, organized station

Deliver a calm, friendly experience

You Are:

Experienced in braid takedowns or natural hair care

Fast but gentle

Professional, on time, and detail-oriented

Ready to learn our method and grow

Compensation:

Hourly or per-service pay + tips

Option for booth rent as you build your clientele

Shampoo Technician

Role:

Give clients that “ahhh” moment with shampoo, detox, scalp care, and blowout prep.

You Will:

Shampoo, detox, and condition hair 

Perform steam and treatment services

Prep hair for braiding (stretch/blow-dry)

Keep the wet area and tools sanitized and stocked

Provide a relaxing, spa-like wash experience

You Are:

Comfortable shampooing and working in a wet area

Passionate about healthy hair & scalp

Friendly, fast, and team-focused

Eager to learn treatments and techniques

Compensation:

Hourly pay + tips

Growth track into braider or senior tech

Braider / Braid Installation Specialist

Role:

Create beautiful, long-lasting braids.

You Will:

Install knotless braids, box braids, twists, stitch braids, feed-ins, and other protective styles

Follow our standards for parting, tension, and finish

Collaborate with Takedown and Wash Techs to keep clients moving smoothly

Capture content-worthy work for our brand platforms (optional but encouraged)

You Are:

Skilled braider with a portfolio or photos of your work

Fast and neat

Professional with great energy

Able to work in a structured, busy environment

Compensation:

Commission or booth rent options

Daily tips

High-income potential: $1,200–$2,000/week for consistent braiders
